Robert G. Kesterson , age 86, of 124 S. 8th
St., DuBois, Pa. passed away Tuesday, Dec. 21, 2004 at his residence. He was
born in Akron, Ohio, Oct. 9, 1918 to the late Guy and Mable W. (Haas) Kesterson.
He was married to Madeline I. (Dickson) Kesterson. She preceded him in death
October, 1999. He graduated from North High School in Akron, Ohio. He was a
member of the DuBois Christian & Missionary Alliance Church. He retired after 40
years of service at B.F. Goodrich Tire Company in Akron, Ohio and Union, West
Virginia. He was a World War II Army veteran and a member of Aircraft Owners and
Pilots Asso ciation. He is survived by two sons, Ronald L. Kesterson and his
wife, Sue of Columbia, S.C. and Jeff G. Kesterson and his wife, Jeannie of
Parma, Ohio; six grandchildren; and two sisters, Ruth Hostetler and Esther
Emerick both of Akron, Ohio. Visitation will be held today, Dec. 26 from 1 to 4
p.m. at the Mohney-Yargar Funeral Chapel, Inc., 142 West Long Ave., DuBois, Pa.
Additional visitation will be held Monday, Dec. 27 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the
Clifford- Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio 44221
where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 28. Burial will
follow in Chestnut Memorial Park, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Memorials may be made to
